One reschedule is included with at least five business days’ notice. Cancellation charges are based on completed work and approved, nonrecoverable expenses. Software subscriptions, implementation, and vendor charges are separate.
Includes up to three stakeholder interviews, three workflow reviews, a written plan and budget estimates, a leadership presentation, and one consolidated revision. Savings and cost estimates are planning assumptions, not guaranteed results.
